Head of IT Common Services

Western Asset Management

Led and managed the IT Common Services group, including application delivery teams tasked with servicing their respective business units, as well as crosscutting teams servicing IT and other application delivery teams. Engaged business sponsors and department heads to develop a vision / roadmap, identify projects, and negotiate priority. Served as resource manager of 80, responsible for annual budget of $15M+ and influenced an overall annual IT budget in excess of $60M.

2007 - 2019

Chief Technology Officer

Fischer Francis Trees & Watts (now BNP Paribas Asset Management)

Managed the Global Asset Management Technology Group. Oversaw system architecture, proprietary application development, integration projects, and support of key systems, including Portfolio Risk & Investment System Management (PRISM), the global accounting system (Geneva), data feeds, and database administration.

2005 - 2007

Head of Application Development

Fischer Francis Trees & Watts (now BNP Paribas Asset Management)

Managed all aspects of proprietary application development and systems integration projects throughout the firm. Functioned as architect, project and product manager for PRISM, an internally developed global platform offering risk management, investment guideline compliance monitoring and enforcement, real-time trading tools with pre-trade compliance, straight through processing capabilities, performance attribution, GIPS performance reporting, and more.
